Our premium wear-resistant rubber lining is a high-performance elastomeric protective sheeting engineered specifically to combat the devastating effects of wet slurry abrasion, erosive wear, and high-velocity particle impacts. Manufactured under proprietary thermodynamic vulcanization processes, this lining stands as the premium Linatex alternative for global mining, sand processing, aggregate, and mineral beneficiation industries.
Unlike standard calendered rubber sheets that fail under continuous friction, Qihang's abrasion-resistant natural rubber lining utilizes an ultra-high molecular weight natural polyisoprene matrix. This gives the material an exceptional "elastic memory" and structural resilience. When sharp, abrasive particles (such as quartz, iron ore slurry, or silica sand) strike the rubber surface, the elastomer deforms temporarily to absorb and dissipate the kinetic energy, and then immediately rebounds to its original shape without tearing or micro-cutting.
To drastically minimize plant downtime during maintenance, each roll of our rubber lining is engineered with a pre-buffed CN bonding layer (Chlorinated Natural Rubber backing). This active layer creates an instantaneous, cross-linked chemical reaction when paired with cold vulcanizing adhesives, achieving an industrial-grade bond to steel, carbon steel, and concrete surfaces without the need for high-temperature autoclaving.

[Top Surface] ------> High-Resilience 38 Shore A Wear Layer (Absorbs Kinetic Impact)
[Core Matrix] ------> High-Tensile Micro-Molecular Structure (Resists Tearing & Micro-cutting)
[Bottom Surface] ------> Active Pre-Buffed CN Bonding Layer (Ensures Ultra-Strong Cold Vulcanization)
Liquid-Phase Compounding Technology: We do not over-masticate the raw rubber. By using a low-temperature liquid-phase mixing process, the long-chain rubber molecules remain unbroken, guaranteeing unparalleled tensile strength (exceeding 22 MPa) and critical tear propagation resistance.
Optimized Durometer Balance (38 Shore A): Through precise cross-linking density control, our liner achieves the perfect balance between softness (to deflect impact) and mechanical toughness (to prevent gouging).
Chemical Resistance Matrix: Formulated to resist a wide range of process chemicals, including mild acids, alkalis, sludges, and flotation chemicals commonly used in mineral processing plants.
Our industrial rubber liner sheets are critical components for wear mitigation in the following heavy-duty sectors:
1. Mining & Mineral Beneficiation: Used as slurry chute liners, hydrocyclone apex linings, flotation cell impellers, launders, and magnetic separator drum covers. It withstands continuous copper, gold, and iron ore slurry friction.
2. Aggregate & Sand Washing Plants: Ideal for gravel washing trommels, dewatering screen underpans, concrete batching plant hoppers, and conveyor transfer chute linings where wet silica sand causes severe metal erosion.
3. Dredging & Marine Sand Transport: Applied inside discharge pipes, dredge pump casings, and suction line elbows to prevent abrasive sea-sand mixtures from wearing through steel walls.
4. Cement & Bulk Material Handling: Line the interiors of aggregate storage bins, silos, skip hoists, and rock boxes to drastically reduce material degradation and noise pollution.
5. Chemical & Acid Plant Lining: Provides a dual-action layer—acting as an abrasion barrier and an anti-corrosive chemical tank lining for storing aggressive chemical slimes and industrial wastewater.

To achieve the maximum service life from your wear-resistant rubber sheets, proper installation via cold vulcanization is paramount. Follow our engineering-approved 4-step process:
Steel Surface Preparation: The metal substrate must be grit-blasted to an Sa 2.5 white-metal finish (or mechanically profiled using a heavy-duty grinding disc) to remove all rust, scale, and old coatings. Clean thoroughly with a chemical solvent degreaser.
Metal Priming: Apply one uniform coat of Metal Primer (such as Qihang Metal Primer or equivalent cold bonding primers) and allow it to dry completely for 30-45 minutes.
Adhesive Application: Mix the cold vulcanizing cement with its corresponding hardener (ratio 100:4). Apply the first layer to both the primed steel surface and the pre-buffed CN bonding layer of the rubber sheet. Let it dry until tacky. Apply a second layer to both surfaces.
Bonding and Stitching: Join the rubber liner onto the steel substrate while the adhesive layer is still tacky. Use a heavy-duty pressure roller (stitcher) from the center outwards to eliminate air pockets, ensuring 100% surface contact and maximum peel adhesion.
State-of-the-Art Calendering Lines: Our facility features precision automated calendering lines that guarantee tight thickness tolerances (within ±0.2mm), eliminating weak spots in the rubber matrix.
Full Batch Traceability: Every production run is assigned a unique batch number. Samples from every roll are tested in our internal laboratory for shore hardness, tensile elongation, and DIN abrasion loss before being cleared for sea-freight packing.
International Regulatory Compliance: Completely non-hazardous, 100% compliant with REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 and RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU, allowing smooth customs clearance into North America, Australia, and the European Union.
Logistics Optimization: Wrapped in heavy-duty protective UV-resistant plastic film on reinforced export-grade steel/wooden pallets to prevent material deformation during long-distance maritime transit.
